Follow-up Meeting

The Follow-up Meetings continue and deepen the development begun in the "Hauptgespräch," our core program. Former participants of the main dialogue from the two BBUG groups of a year come together for four intensive days to focus on specific aspects of responsible leadership.

The Follow-up Meetings are also characterized by forward-looking topics, unconventional methodology, and a strong impetus for personal development. These meetings take place abroad and offer a 360-degree view of relevant regions and countries. In various formats such as work sessions, expert discussions, and on-site visits, participants engage with topics such as foreign policy, digitalization, sustainability, as well as specific themes related to the countries visited.

The established familiarity among participants enables a particularly deep exchange of experiences regarding concrete leadership challenges. External contributors bring new perspectives, while the expertise of the participants themselves ensures practice-oriented discussions.
