Alumni Formats

The Alumni Formats of the BBUG create a permanent platform for exchange among all former participants of the Main Dialogue and Follow-up Meetings. This includes both regular network gatherings and topic-specific events addressing current challenges in business and society. The alumni benefit from a cross-generational and cross-industry network of executives connected by their shared BBUG experience.

In various formats such as workshops, lectures, or informal meetings, experiences are exchanged and new perspectives gained. A special format is the Berlin Briefings, which enable intensive dialogue between politics and business and promote direct exchange on current political developments. Regional circles in cities such as Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin also offer the opportunity to deepen cross-group encounters at the regional level.

Special emphasis is placed on connecting different BBUG cohorts to enable valuable exchange of experiences between established and aspiring leaders. The Alumni Formats serve not only to maintain existing contacts but also to continuously develop participants in their leadership roles.
